2. 我们收集哪些个人信息

  1. 联系表单（/contactus）：姓名、电话（选填）、电子邮箱、公司名称（选填）、主题、留言内容。提交后作为业务咨询记录保存在我们的客户管理系统中。
  2. 在线商店、询价与客户账户（/shop、/web/login、注册）：如您注册账户或提交订单/询价，我们会处理您的姓名、电子邮箱、密码（加密存储）、电话、收货/账单地址、公司名称及购物车与订单记录。本网站未开通在线支付，不收集银行卡等支付信息。
  3. 访问与设备信息：服务器日志及网站系统会自动记录 IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、访问的页面、语言偏好，以及根据 IP 推断的国家/地区。
  4. Cookie：见第 8 条。

本网站目前未开放网上招聘，不通过网站收集求职信息；未使用第三方统计分析（如 Google Analytics、Plausible）、在线客服插件或邮件订阅。如将来启用，我们将更新本政策。

4. 保存期限

  • 咨询记录：自最后一次沟通起 3 年；
  • 账户信息：保存至您注销账户或要求删除为止；
  • 交易记录（订单、询价单等）：3 年，法律法规要求更长期限的从其规定；
  • 网络日志：不少于 6 个月（《网络安全法》第21条）。 期限届满后，我们将删除或匿名化处理相关信息。

5. 个人信息出境（跨境传输）

本网站服务器托管于阿里云（Alibaba Cloud）香港地域。因此，您在中国内地通过本网站提交的个人信息将被传输至中国内地以外（香港）存储和处理。依据《个人信息保护法》第38、39条，特告知如下： - 境外接收方：本网站服务器所在的阿里云香港地域（由我们作为个人信息处理者控制和使用）；在为香港地区客户提供服务所必需时，还包括我们的关联公司 Gelonn Smart Machinery (Hongkong) Co., Limited（联系方式：Service@gelonn.com）。 - 处理目的与方式：网站托管、存储，以及回复咨询、处理账户与订单；以电子方式存储和访问。 - 个人信息种类：第 2 条所列信息（联系表单信息、账户与订单信息、访问与设备信息）。 - 您如何行使权利：您可通过 Service@gelonn.com 或 +86 021-65685071 向我们（或境外接收方）行使第 6 条所列权利。 - 单独同意：通过联系表单（/contactus）提交信息前，我们以必选勾选框方式征得您对个人信息出境的单独同意。您可随时撤回同意，但撤回不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理；撤回后我们可能无法继续通过本网站回复您的咨询。 - 账户与订单：注册账户、提交订单或询价时，相关信息为订立、履行您作为一方当事人的合同所必需而处理（《个人信息保护法》第13条第1款第（二）项），并同样存储于阿里云香港地域服务器。 - 我们将依法采取必要措施（包括按规定履行标准合同、认证或安全评估等相应程序），确保境外接收方的处理活动达到《个人信息保护法》规定的保护标准。

6. 您的权利

依据《个人信息保护法》及香港《个人资料（私隐）条例》，您有权查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除您的个人信息，撤回同意，要求我们解释处理规则，注销账户，并在符合条件时请求转移个人信息。本网站不进行自动化决策。 行使方式：发送邮件至 Service@gelonn.com 或致电 +86 021-65685071。我们将在核实身份后 15 个工作日内答复。已注册用户也可登录账户自行查看和修改资料。

7. 信息安全

1. Who we are (personal information handler)

www.gelonn.com (the "Site") is operated by Gelonn Smart Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (极络智造精密机电设备(上海)有限公司, "we"), which is the personal information handler (controller) for personal information collected through the Site. Address: 2F, Building 6, No.600 South Xinyuan Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai 201306, China. ICP filing: 沪ICP备2025124016号.

Our affiliate Gelonn Smart Machinery (Hongkong) Co., Limited, 6/F Ever Gain Centre, 43-57 Wang Wo Tsai Street, Tsuen Wan, N.T., Hong Kong, processes personal information on our behalf or jointly with us only where necessary to serve customers in Hong Kong, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

2. Information we collect

  1. Contact form (/contactus): name, phone (optional), email, company (optional), subject and message, stored as business enquiries in our CRM.
  2. Online shop, quotations and customer accounts (/shop, /web/login, sign-up): name, email, password (stored encrypted), phone, delivery/billing address, company, cart and order records. Online payment is not enabled; we do not collect card or payment details.
  3. Access and device data: server logs and the website system automatically record IP address, browser type, access time, pages visited, language preference and country inferred from IP.
  4. Cookies: see section 8.

Online recruitment is not open, so we do not collect job applications through the Site. We do not use third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible), a live-chat widget or a newsletter. We will update this policy if that changes.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries, quotations and business communication: necessary to conclude or perform a contract; your consent.
  • Account registration, orders, quotations and after-sales: necessary to conclude or perform a contract.
  • Site security, operation and abuse prevention: legal obligations (PRC Cybersecurity Law); necessary to provide the service.
  • Legal compliance: legal obligations. (PIPL Art. 13; HK PDPO Data Protection Principles 1 and 3.) We do not use personal information for other purposes without new consent, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

  • Enquiries: 3 years from the last communication;
  • Account data: until you close your account or ask us to delete it;
  • Transaction records (orders, quotations): 3 years, or longer where required by law;
  • Network logs: at least 6 months (Cybersecurity Law Art. 21). After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

5. Cross-border transfer

The Site is hosted on Alibaba Cloud, Hong Kong region. Personal information you submit from Mainland China is therefore transferred to and stored outside the Mainland (in Hong Kong). Under PIPL Articles 38 and 39: - Overseas recipient: the Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong servers hosting the Site (controlled and used by us as the handler) and, where necessary to serve customers in Hong Kong, our affiliate Gelonn Smart Machinery (Hongkong) Co., Limited (contact: Service@gelonn.com). - Purpose and method: hosting and storage, responding to enquiries and handling accounts and orders; stored and accessed electronically. - Types of information: those listed in section 2 (contact form, account and order, access and device data). - Exercising your rights: contact us (or the overseas recipient) at Service@gelonn.com or +86 021-65685071 to exercise the rights in section 6. - Separate consent: before you submit the contact form (/contactus), we ask for your separate consent to this transfer through a required checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, but we may then be unable to respond to your enquiry through the Site. - Accounts and orders: when you register an account, place an order or request a quotation, the information is processed as necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party (PIPL Art. 13(1)(2)) and is likewise stored on the Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong servers. - We will take the measures required by law (including the standard contract, certification or security assessment procedures as applicable) to ensure the overseas processing meets the protection standards of the PIPL.

Except as described above, as required by law, or with your separate consent, we do not provide your personal information to third parties or disclose it publicly.

6. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct, supplement and delete your personal information, withdraw consent, ask us to explain our processing rules, close your account and, where applicable, request data portability. Registered users can also view and edit their details in their account.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, access controls and encrypted password storage. In the event of a security incident we will take remedial action and notify you and the authorities as required by law.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies only: session_id (session, login and cart; 7 days) and frontend_lang (language preference; 1 year). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but login and cart may not work.

9. Minors

The Site is intended for businesses and adults, not for children under 14. If we learn we have collected a child's information without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the updated version here with its date; material changes will be highlighted.
